– They complete an online order form and receive a link for an online intake form.
– Payment is processed.
– The family fills out the online intake form
– A designated sleep coach is assigned to the family.
– The sleep coach reviews the questionnaire and reaches out with additional inquiries if needed.
– Within a few days, the family receives a comprehensive, taylored and gentle sleep plan.
– The family can seek clarification or ask questions regarding the plan via email or phone.
– The coach provides responses and guidance.
– The family confirms the commencement of the coaching process.
– The coaching begins, with daily communication between the coach and the mother (or relevant caregiver) via email, phone, or WhatsApp, depending on the chosen package. The mother shares daily progress and queries, and the coach responds with evaluations, recommendations, and answers.
